If you own a Nintendo 3DS and have a soft spot for the old Nintendo classics, it looks like 2013 will be an exciting year for you.
Nintendo have announced a whole host of new releases this week. Most notable for retro fans are: The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past, Donkey Kong Country Returns, a new Yoshi’s Island game and a few other Mario/Luigi games.
The most exciting has to be the The Legend of Zelda: A Link to the Past which sounds like a remake of sorts. Essentially the same as the SNES version but with a few differences. The most obvious change is that Link can actually change the way he moves by becoming a 2D drawing. By doing this Link can get around walls, doors and windows easier. By adding these little changes, while leaving the rest of the game play quite similar, people can get the best of both worlds.
