A week or so ago we brought you the news that our very own MrSid was launching a Kickstarter campaign to produce a book all about the Commodore 64. Well, the campaign has now launched and in the first 48 hours has raised £10,000!
If funded, the final book will feature 200+ pages of lovingly designed and beautifully printed artwork. Unlike other Commodore 64 books, it will celebrate the visual side of the computer in a way that has never been seen before. It will be packed full of artwork by Oliver Frey, game art, reviews, loading screens, game maps and photography. The foreword will be written by legendary Sensible Software Graphic Artist Stoo Cambridge.
There are also 100 copies of Micro Hexagon by Paul Koller available as rewards, 50 of which will be personally signed by Paul and musician Mikkel Hastrup.
