Wow, epic podcast! Don’t mind it running long at all. Good Job. Maybe you should do a Dawn of the dead special episode? There was a Zombie game by Ubi soft loosely based on the film not to mention Dead rising 2.

    Great show mate.
I gotta agree dawn if the dead is pure perfection

And the soundtrack by goblin is amazing, I normally use as it as the soundtrack when I play dead rising in my 360

Anyway mate great show, you played loads of classic intros.

    Keep up the good work

Wooo Hooo the biggest and best episode of Odd Pod is now ready to listen.

    Beetlejuice Cartoon (1989)

Guess they thought it was too scary because of the intro for the UK and didn’t bring it out for us until 1993 on CITV & Cartoon Network.

Brilliant show I liked it and as usual it had a full half hour of my posted stuff so it’s a big of a Dan & Dan double act show this week.

I like being a part of the show each episode from the email box even if I don’t talk on it via Skype or anything because I think my voice is too bad for podcast and that people won’t approve of my really retarded slurring aspergic voice being on their airwaves that they will turn off immediately after they hear my first word.

I know I shouldn’t put myself down for my voice and probably should have a crack at it anyway one day because I like being a part of this podcast each week but I just can’t help feeling how I do about my voice my self esteem when it comes to my recorded voice is very low and I’m very vocal about it.

I’ve just never liked how it sounded ever since I used a Dictaphone to record my voice back in the day at school. I know the current condenser mic range makes your voice sound clearer by pitching the octaves of your voice up properly but there’s only so much it can do to improve my recorded voice output over the old Dictaphones.

Just about half way through the podcast now and I’m loving the retro goodness.

By far the best one you’ve done so far. I’ve got so much to say on this, but I will wait until I’ve listened to the whole thing and post on the forum.

Teol, are you the mysterious Dan Cordell? Very good work on the emails. Very enjoyable, brought back some great memories. And don’t worry about your voice. I think everyone believes they sound awful when recorded, but if they can put up with my sing-song Welsh accent then you’ve got nothing to worry about. 😉

BTW, about to watch Eerie Indiana for the first time in years. Thanks for the heads up

Also FYI, season 1 of Are you Afraid of the Dark is available on Canada Netflix

Glad you all liked the episode, if any of you want your voice heard on odd pod then record a review, story, nostalgic memory or anything else and send it to me and I’ll play it on the show. Really appreciate you all listening.
